1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Aim Master website at aimmaster.cc (the "Site"), the Aim Master client software, or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be fully bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately stop using the Service.

These Terms may be updated at any time, with or without notice to you. Continued use of the Service after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly.

Aim Master is operated by its owner, referred to herein as "Krad", "Krad3z3", "we", "us", or "our". Users of the Service are referred to as "you" or "the user".

2. Restricted Access

The following entities and any individuals affiliated with them are strictly prohibited from accessing the Site or the Service in any capacity. Affiliation includes, but is not limited to: current employment, former employment, acting on behalf of, volunteering for, contracting with, or representing in any official or unofficial capacity.

• Riot Games, Inc.
• Any anti-cheat provider, game publisher, or game developer whose products or systems are referenced in or affected by the Service

If you fall within any of the above categories, you must leave the Site immediately and cease all use of the Service. Accessing the Site or Service in violation of this clause constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in legal action.

3. Eligibility and Registration

To use the Service, you must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

When registering an account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account, whether authorized or not. You must notify us immediately at admin@aimmaster.cc of any unauthorized use of your account.

Each person may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent termination of all associated accounts without refund.

4. Description of Service

Aim Master provides access to proprietary software tools ("Products") through a membership/subscription model. All Products are the exclusive intellectual property of Aim Master and are licensed, not sold, to you. Access to Products requires an active, valid membership.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We reserve the right, at any time and without prior notice or liability, to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service or any part thereof
• Update, alter, or remove any Product or feature
• Delete any data associated with your account
• Limit access to certain features or regions

We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

5. License and Permitted Use

Subject to these Terms and payment of the applicable membership fee, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Software on a single personal computer for your own personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not:

• Share, sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign, or otherwise make the Software available to any third party
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Software
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Software
• Use the Software for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the Software
• Use the Software in any manner that violates applicable local, national, or international law

Hardware ID ("HWID") binding is used to associate your license to a single machine. You may request an HWID reset subject to applicable cooldown periods and conditions. HWID resets are not guaranteed and are granted at our sole discretion.

6. Account Conduct and Prohibited Actions

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account. The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate, permanent account termination without refund:

• Sharing your account credentials or Software access with any other person
• Selling, trading, or transferring your account or any membership benefit
• Attempting to tamper with, bypass, or reverse engineer any security or authentication mechanism within the Software or Site
• Using chargebacks, fraudulent payment methods, or payments made without the account holder's consent
• Attempting to harm, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or its infrastructure
• Impersonating any staff member or affiliate of Aim Master
• Providing false information during registration or any support interaction

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend any account at any time, for any reason, with or without prior notice.

7. Payment

All membership fees are listed on the Site in EUR and are due in full at the time of purchase. Payments are processed through our designated payment processors. By submitting a payment, you represent that you are the authorized holder of the payment method used and that all information provided is accurate.

Any payment made using fraudulent means, stolen payment instruments, or without the account holder's consent will result in immediate account termination and may be referred to the relevant authorities for criminal investigation.

Memberships are activated upon confirmed receipt of payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order and issue a refund at our discretion, including where we suspect fraud or abuse.

8. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our Products, all sales are generally final. However, we offer refunds under the following conditions:

• You experience a verified technical issue that our support team is unable to resolve after reasonable assistance attempts
• The request is made within 48 hours of purchase and the Software has not been activated or used

Refunds will not be granted in the following circumstances:

• Your game account is banned or suspended as a result of using the Software
• You refuse to cooperate with our support team, including but not limited to: declining to update your operating system, refusing to uninstall conflicting software, or declining to follow our troubleshooting steps
• You have violated these Terms in any manner
• The Software ceases to function following a game patch or anti-cheat update
• The Service is discontinued for any reason
• More than 48 hours have passed since purchase

Refund requests must be submitted to admin@aimmaster.cc or through the support forum. We reserve the right to refuse any refund request that does not meet the above conditions.

9. Downtime and Service Interruptions

Game updates, anti-cheat changes, or technical issues may cause the Software to be temporarily unavailable ("downtime"). We will make reasonable efforts to restore access as quickly as possible. In cases of extended downtime caused by factors within our control, affected subscription time may be compensated at our discretion.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous operation of the Service. No refunds will be issued for downtime caused by third-party game updates, anti-cheat deployments, or events outside our reasonable control.

10. Monitoring, Data Collection, and Ban Policy

Monitoring and Data Collection

By using the Aim Master Service and Software, you acknowledge and consent to the following:

• Aim Master monitors product usage and, where applicable, in-game behavior for the purposes of security, fraud prevention, license enforcement, ban tracking, and general service integrity.
• Data collected through monitoring is stored securely using industry-standard practices and is accessible only to authorized Aim Master staff.
• You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting admin@aimmaster.cc. Requests will be reviewed and processed in accordance with applicable data protection law. Note that certain data may be retained where required for legal, security, or fraud prevention purposes.
• By purchasing and activating a membership, you explicitly consent to this monitoring as a condition of accessing the Service.

In-Game Ban Policy

Aim Master actively tracks in-game ban records associated with accounts using our Software. The following policy applies and constitutes a binding condition of continued access to the Service:

• Aim Master reserves the sole and absolute right to determine what constitutes a qualifying ban event and to apply this policy at its discretion.
• This policy exists to protect the integrity, security, and reputation of the Aim Master community and all of its members.
• Users who are approaching the ban threshold may be notified at the discretion of Aim Master staff, but notification is not guaranteed or required prior to enforcement.

11. Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge and accept that using the Software in online multiplayer environments may violate the End User License Agreements ("EULA") of the respective games. Aim Master is not responsible for any consequences arising from your choice to use the Software in such environments, including but not limited to:

• Banning or suspension of your game account(s)
• Loss of in-game items, currency, progress, or purchases
• Legal action initiated by game developers or publishers against you
• Any hardware bans or identification-level restrictions

You accept full and sole responsibility for these risks. By purchasing a membership, you confirm that you understand these risks and voluntarily assume them.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site and within the Software, including but not limited to code, design, graphics, text, trademarks, and logos, is the exclusive property of Aim Master and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content from the Site or Software may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used in any form without our prior written consent.

Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property constitutes infringement and may be pursued through civil and/or criminal legal action.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service and all Products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Aim Master expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
• Any warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, error-free, or free of viruses
• Any warranty regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content on the Site

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Aim Master, its owner Krad/Krad3z3, and any staff or affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to:

• Loss of game accounts, progress, items, or in-game currency
• Loss of data or profits
• Costs incurred to obtain substitute goods or services
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data or transmissions
• Any other matter relating to the Service

This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise) and even if Aim Master has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall our total cumulative liability to you exceed the total amount you paid us in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Aim Master, its owner Krad/Krad3z3, and any staff, affiliates, partners, and representatives from and against any and all claims, demands, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use of or access to the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property, privacy, or contractual right
• Any claim that your use of the Service caused damage to a third party

16. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the Software immediately ceases and you must destroy all copies of the Software in your possession.

Termination of your account does not entitle you to any refund, compensation, or damages of any kind.

17. Third-Party Services

The Site may reference or link to third-party services, websites, or products. We do not control, endorse, or assume any responsibility for any third-party content, services, or privacy practices. Your interactions with third-party services are governed solely by their respective terms and policies.

18. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal proceedings relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts of the applicable Bulgarian jurisdiction.

19. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms at any time shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or of our right to enforce it in the future.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Aim Master with respect to the Service and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.
