1. Who We Are
Aim Master ("we", "us", "our") is operated by its owner Krad/Krad3z3 and is accessible at aimmaster.cc. Aim Master is the data controller responsible for the personal data collected through this website, its forum, and its software services.
This Privacy Policy applies to all users of the Aim Master website, forum, and software ("Service"). It describes what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and what rights you have in relation to your data.
As Aim Master operates from Bulgaria, an EU member state, this policy is drafted in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and applicable Bulgarian data protection law.

2. Data We Collect
We collect the following categories of personal and technical data:
Account and Registration Data
- Username
- Email address
- Password (stored in hashed form, never in plain text)
- Registration date and IP address at time of registration
Activity and Usage Data
- IP address at login and during site use
- Browser type and version
- Pages visited and timestamps
- Forum posts, messages, and content you submit
- Support tickets and communication records
Payment Data
- We do not store full payment card details. Payments are processed by our designated third-party payment processor. We may retain a transaction reference, amount, and date for record-keeping purposes.
Software and License Data
- Hardware ID (HWID) associated with your license
- License activation date, expiry date, and status
- Product usage data (see Section 5)
3. How We Use Your Data
We use the data we collect for the following purposes:
- Account management: Creating and maintaining your account, authenticating your identity, and managing your membership.
- Service delivery: Processing your purchase, activating your license, and providing access to the Software.
- Security and fraud prevention: Detecting and preventing unauthorized access, fraud, abuse, chargebacks, and violations of our Terms of Service.
- License enforcement: Associating your license with your hardware, tracking HWID resets, and enforcing usage restrictions.
- Support: Responding to your support requests and resolving technical issues.
- Community moderation: Enforcing our Site Guidelines and Terms of Service across the forum and community.
- Legal compliance: Complying with applicable law and responding to lawful requests from competent authorities.
- Service improvement: Analysing usage patterns to improve the website and Software.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Legal Basis for Processing
Under the GDPR, we process your personal data on the following legal bases:
- Contractual necessity (Article 6(1)(b)): Processing required to fulfil our contract with you, including account creation, license delivery, and payment processing.
- Legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)): Processing necessary for our legitimate interests in operating a secure service, preventing fraud, enforcing our terms, and monitoring software usage for security and integrity purposes.
- Consent (Article 6(1)(a)): Where you have explicitly consented to processing, such as accepting monitoring of product usage as a condition of Software access.
- Legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c)): Processing required to comply with applicable law.
5. Product Usage Monitoring
By activating and using Aim Master Software, you acknowledge and consent to the following monitoring activities, which are carried out as a condition of Software access and for the purposes of security, fraud prevention, license enforcement, and community integrity:
- Software usage data: We collect data on when the Software is launched, how long it is used, and general usage patterns. No personally identifiable gameplay data is transmitted to third parties.
- In-game behavior monitoring: Where technically feasible and applicable, Aim Master may monitor in-game ban events associated with accounts using our Software. This data is used exclusively for the purposes of enforcing our in-game ban policy as described in the Terms of Service, Section 10.
- HWID data: Your Hardware ID is collected and stored as part of license enforcement. HWID data is used solely to associate your license with your machine and to process HWID reset requests.
All monitoring data is stored securely and handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy. It is not shared with third parties except where required by law or as described in Section 8.
6. Data Storage and Security
We take reasonable and industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, destruction, or alteration. These measures include:
- Storage of passwords in hashed form using a strong cryptographic algorithm
- Access controls limiting data access to authorized staff only
- Use of HTTPS/TLS for data transmission
- Regular security reviews of our systems and infrastructure
No method of transmission or storage over the internet is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security. In the event of a data breach that is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify affected users in accordance with applicable law.
Your data is stored on servers located within or accessible to Aim Master. Data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside the European Economic Area only where adequate protections are in place in accordance with GDPR requirements.
7. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as is necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, or as required by applicable law. Specific retention periods include:
- Account data: Retained for the duration of your account's existence and for a reasonable period thereafter for fraud prevention and legal compliance purposes.
- License and HWID data: Retained for the duration of your membership and for up to 12 months following account closure.
- Payment records: Retained for the period required by applicable tax and financial regulations, typically 5 years.
- Support communications: Retained for up to 24 months following the resolution of a support case.
- Monitoring and security logs: Retained for up to 12 months, unless retention is required for longer in connection with an ongoing investigation or legal matter.
Upon account deletion, your personal data will be deleted or anonymized within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any legal retention obligations and security holds described above.
8. Third-Party Services
Aim Master uses the following third-party services in the operation of the Service. Each third party processes data under their own privacy policy and terms:
KeyAuth
KeyAuth is used for software license authentication and management. When you activate a license, data including your HWID and license status is processed by KeyAuth. Please review the KeyAuth privacy policy for details on their data handling practices.
Payment Processors
Payments are processed by our designated payment processor(s). We do not store full card details. Transaction data shared with payment processors is governed by their respective privacy policies and is used solely for payment processing purposes.
Invision Community (Forum Platform)
Our forum runs on Invision Community software. Standard forum data (posts, account information, IP logs) is handled within this platform. Invision Community's own policies apply to the platform software itself.
Discord
Aim Master operates a Discord server for community communication. Participation in our Discord is governed by Discord's Privacy Policy. We do not share personal data with Discord beyond what you provide when joining.
We do not sell personal data to any third party. We do not use third-party advertising networks or tracking pixels.
9. Cookies
The Aim Master website uses cookies and similar technologies to operate correctly and improve your experience. The following types of cookies may be in use:
- Essential cookies: Required for the website and forum to function, including session management and login state. These cannot be disabled.
- Functional cookies: Used to remember your preferences such as language settings and display options.
- Security cookies: Used to detect and prevent fraudulent activity and unauthorized access.
We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies for marketing purposes. You may manage or disable non-essential cookies through your browser settings, though doing so may affect the functionality of certain parts of the site.
10. Your Rights
As a data subject under the GDPR, you have the following rights with respect to your personal data:
- Right of access: You have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Right to rectification: You have the right to request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
- Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten"): You may request deletion of your personal data. Requests will be processed subject to our legal retention obligations and any active fraud or security investigations.
- Right to restriction of processing: You may request that we restrict processing of your data in certain circumstances.
- Right to data portability: Where applicable, you may request a copy of your data in a commonly used, machine-readable format.
- Right to object: You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. We will cease such processing unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds.
- Right to withdraw consent: Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing prior to withdrawal.
To exercise any of the above rights, contact us at admin@aimmaster.cc. We will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Commission for Personal Data Protection of Bulgaria (CPDP) at cpdp.bg.
11. Children
The Service is not directed at or intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a person under 18 without parental consent, we will take immediate steps to delete that data and terminate the associated account.

12. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice of significant changes.
Your continued use of the Service following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
