Is this permanent or temporary spoofing?
This is a temporary spoofer. Your PC will revert back to its original hardware identifiers on the next reboot.
Which games does the spoofer support?

How do I use the HWID Spoofer?

What is the difference between External and DMA?
External cheats run on your gaming PC directly with minimal setup. DMA cheats use a separate hardware card and second PC to read game memory, providing an additional layer of separation. DMA requires more hardware but offers a different approach to undetection.
Are the products undetected?
Check the Status page for real-time detection status of each product. We take detection seriously and update products promptly when needed. However, no cheat provider can guarantee 100% safety at all times.
Why are some products slot-limited?
Limited slots help us maintain quality, stability, and security. Fewer users means better control over distribution and faster support response times.
App Launcher
How do I install the launcher?
Upon purchase you will be granted access to "Manage my orders" where you will see instructions and a download link. Follow the steps provided.
I can not log in - what should I do?
On first launch you need to enter your license key, username, and password. Write these down. If you forget your credentials, open a support ticket with your license key and proof of purchase and staff will help you recover access.
How do launcher updates work?
All updates are server-side, so the download stays the same. If the download ever changes, you will see an announcement on the forum.
The launcher is not opening or crashing - what should I do?
Make sure your antivirus is not blocking the launcher. Add it to exclusions. Run it as administrator. If it still does not work, contact support with your Windows version and any error messages you see.
I changed my PC or hardware - what happens?
Your license is tied to your hardware ID. If you change your PC or major hardware components, contact support to request an HWID reset. Provide your license key and proof of purchase.

Where should I post questions?
Use the correct forum sections - they are named clearly. Bug reports go in Bug Reports, ban reports in Ban Reports, general questions in Support, and so on.
How do I write a good bug report?
Include a detailed description of the bug, a video showing the issue, your PC specs, and your exact Windows version and build number. Before posting, check the How to Use manual - most solutions are already there.
What are the community rules?
Be respectful towards staff and other members. Do not spam. Remember that staff also has responsibilities outside the community. We answer as fast as possible and compensate time when responses take longer than expected.
I can not access certain forum sections - why?
Some sections are only available to active customers. After your purchase is confirmed and your account is verified, you will gain access to the user-only areas including Guides & Tutorials.

Each product page lists available plans with duration and pricing. If you are unsure, start with 1 month to try it out. You can always extend or renew later through the Slot Renewals page.

What is the refund policy?

Should I choose External or DMA?
External is simpler and runs directly on your gaming PC with no extra hardware needed. DMA requires a DMA card and second PC but provides hardware-level separation. If you are new, External is the easier starting point.
Slots & Availability
What are slots and how do they work?
Slots are the maximum number of users who can have an active subscription for a product at the same time. Once all slots are taken, the product becomes unavailable until a slot opens up. This helps us keep quality and performance high for everyone.
How many slots does each product have?
Rust External has 40 slots, COD External has 100 slots, and EFT 1.0 External has 50 slots. DMA versions do not have slot limits. These numbers can change, so always check the product page for the latest availability.
How do I know if a slot is available?
Simply go to the Store and open the product page. If a slot is available, the purchase button will be active and you can complete checkout normally. If all slots are taken, the button will show as out of stock or will be disabled. There is no waitlist - just check back later.
Can I ask staff when a slot will open?
Staff does not know when slots will become available. Slots open when an existing subscription expires and is not renewed. Please do not contact support asking about slot availability. Just check the product page - if you can buy it, there is a slot open.

How do I contact support?
Open a topic in the Support forum section. Include your order ID, product name, Windows version, and screenshots or logs if applicable. The more detail you provide, the faster we can help.
How do renewals work?
Visit the Slot Renewals page to extend your subscription. Select your product, choose a duration, and complete checkout. The additional time is added to your existing license automatically.
I can not access my files or account - why?
Common causes include payment still processing, incorrect email, or browser cache issues. Try logging out and back in, or clearing your cache. If the issue persists, contact support with your order details.
Do I get compensated for downtime?
Yes. When a product goes offline due to a game update or maintenance, lost time is fairly compensated. The exact compensation depends on the length of the downtime.
I got banned - what should I do?
Post in the Ban Reports section of the forum with your details. Include when the ban happened, which product you were using, and your settings. Note that bans can have multiple causes including user error or account history.
Can I transfer my license to another account?
Licenses are non-transferable and tied to your account and hardware. If you have a specific situation, contact support to discuss options.
