Site Guidelines
Last updated: May 2026. These guidelines apply to all members of the Aim Master community.
1. Introduction
Welcome to Aim Master. These Site Guidelines govern the conduct of all registered members across the Aim Master website, forum, and any associated community spaces. By registering an account and participating in the community, you agree to abide by these Guidelines at all times.
These Guidelines exist to ensure that Aim Master remains a functional, respectful, and focused community for all members. Staff decisions are final, but an appeal process is available as described in Section 9.
These Guidelines are to be read alongside the full Terms of Service. In the event of a conflict, the Terms of Service take precedence.
2. Account Rules
- One account per person. Creating secondary or alternative accounts ("multi-accounting") without prior staff approval will result in a ban of all accounts. If you are locked out of your account, contact staff via admin@aimmaster.cc.
- No account sharing. Your account is personal and non-transferable. Sharing your login credentials with any other person is prohibited and will result in permanent termination.
- No account selling or gifting. Accounts may not be sold, gifted, traded, or transferred under any circumstances.
- Accurate information. You must register with truthful information. Impersonating another person, using a deceptive username, or providing a false identity is prohibited.
- Username standards. Usernames must not contain offensive, vulgar, racist, or otherwise inappropriate language. Staff may request a username change at any time.
3. General Conduct
All members are expected to engage with the community in a respectful and constructive manner. The following conduct standards apply across all areas of the Aim Master community:
- Be respectful. Treat all members and staff with basic respect regardless of their experience level, background, or opinion.
- No harassment. Harassment, targeted abuse, stalking, or persistent unwanted contact directed at any member or staff is strictly prohibited.
- No discrimination. Racist, sexist, homophobic, transphobic, antisemitic, or otherwise discriminatory language or behavior of any kind is not tolerated.
- No threats. Threatening language directed at any person, whether a member, staff member, or third party, is strictly prohibited and may be referred to authorities.
- No personal attacks. Criticize ideas, not people. Directing insults or personal attacks at other members is not permitted.
- English only in public-facing forum sections unless a dedicated language-specific subforum exists. This ensures staff can moderate content effectively.
4. Forum Posting Rules
- Post in the correct section. Before posting, read the section description and ensure your post is relevant to that area. Off-topic posts will be moved or removed.
- Use the search function first. Many questions have already been answered. Duplicate threads clutter the forum and will be closed and redirected.
- No spam. Spam includes but is not limited to: excessively short or meaningless posts, repeated posting of the same content, bump posts without new information, and posts created solely to increase post count.
- No double posting. Do not post twice in a row in the same thread. Edit your existing post if you need to add information.
- Thread titles must be descriptive. Vague titles such as "help", "problem", or "question" are not acceptable. Describe your issue or topic clearly.
- No necroposting. Do not reply to threads that have been inactive for an extended period unless your contribution is directly relevant and adds meaningful value.
- No advertising. Promoting other services, products, communities, websites, or social media accounts is prohibited without prior written approval from staff.
5. Prohibited Content
The following content is strictly prohibited in all community areas including posts, signatures, profile information, and private messages:
- Racist, discriminatory, hateful, or extremist content of any kind
- Sexually explicit or pornographic material
- Content depicting or promoting violence, self-harm, or illegal activity
- Malware, viruses, stealers, remote access tools, or any other malicious software
- Leaked, stolen, or cracked accounts, software, or credentials
- Pirated or copyright-protected material
- Personal information of other individuals without their explicit consent ("doxxing")
- Scam links, phishing attempts, or deceptive URLs
- Content that violates applicable local, national, or international law
Aim Master staff reserve the right to remove any content deemed inappropriate at their sole discretion, even if not explicitly listed above.
6. Support and Help Sections
The support forum exists to help members with genuine technical issues and product-related questions. The following rules apply specifically to support sections:
- One issue per thread. Open a separate thread for each individual issue. Do not merge multiple unrelated problems into one post.
- Provide relevant information. When reporting a technical issue, include your operating system, product version, and a clear description of the problem. Vague reports cannot be investigated effectively.
- Do not post cheat-related details publicly. Never share configuration details, detection information, bypass methods, or any information that could compromise product security in a public thread. Open a private support ticket or contact staff directly.
- No public ban appeals in support. Account or subscription disputes must be submitted privately to admin@aimmaster.cc.
- Be patient. Staff and support members are not available 24/7. Allow a reasonable amount of time for a response before following up.
7. Staff and Moderation
Aim Master staff includes administrators, moderators, and support personnel. The following applies to all interactions with staff:
- Follow staff instructions. All reasonable instructions from staff must be followed promptly. Refusing to comply with staff directions is itself a violation of these Guidelines.
- Do not argue moderation decisions publicly. If you disagree with a moderation action, use the appeals process described in Section 9. Creating threads or posts to publicly dispute a moderation decision is not permitted.
- Do not impersonate staff. Claiming to be a staff member, or implying you have staff-level authority, when you do not is strictly prohibited.
- Staff decisions are final. All moderation decisions made by staff are final unless successfully appealed through the process in Section 9.
Staff reserve the right to edit, move, lock, or delete any post, thread, or account content at any time without prior notice or explanation.
8. Warning and Ban System
Aim Master operates a progressive enforcement system. Minor violations will typically result in a warning before further action, but serious violations may result in an immediate ban without prior warning at staff discretion.
Warning Level
- First offense (minor): Verbal or written warning
- Second offense or moderate violation: Formal warning with temporary posting restriction
- Third offense or serious violation: Temporary ban (duration at staff discretion)
- Repeated or severe violations: Permanent ban with no option for reinstatement
Immediate Permanent Ban (no warning)
- Sharing malware, stealers, or malicious software
- Doxxing any individual
- Account selling, sharing, or multi-accounting
- Fraudulent payments or chargebacks
- Threatening staff or members
- Any action that Aim Master determines constitutes a serious risk to the community or its members
In-Game Ban Policy: Users who accumulate 3 or more confirmed manual in-game bans will be restricted from renewing services and permanently removed from the community upon license expiry. See the full Terms of Service, Section 10 for details.
9. Appeals
If you believe a moderation action taken against your account was applied incorrectly or unfairly, you may submit an appeal. Appeals must be submitted in good faith and comply with the following conditions:
- Appeals must be submitted via email to admin@aimmaster.cc within 14 days of the action being taken.
- Your appeal must include your username, the action taken, and a clear explanation of why you believe the action was incorrect.
- Appeals submitted in an abusive, threatening, or disrespectful tone will be dismissed immediately without consideration.
- Aim Master staff will review all valid appeals and respond within a reasonable timeframe. The decision of the reviewing administrator is final.
- Permanent bans issued for the most serious violations (malware, doxxing, fraud, threats) are not eligible for appeal.
10. Changes to Guidelines
Aim Master reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Site Guidelines at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Guidelines periodically. Continued participation in the community following any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Guidelines.
Questions regarding these Guidelines may be directed to admin@aimmaster.cc or raised in the appropriate forum section.
