Current Issues
My loader opens but nothing happens
First, restart your PC. Then temporarily disable antivirus/Defender and make sure nothing is blocking the loader. If the issue continues, open a support ticket on aimmaster.cc with a video and your Windows version.
I updated Windows and now it stopped working
Some Windows security features can interfere (VBS / Core Isolation / Hyper-V). If you changed any of these, revert and reboot. If you’re not sure what changed, send us your Windows build number in a ticket.
Loader Error Codes
AM-0001: Example error code
Dummy text: restart PC, run as admin, temporarily disable antivirus, and try again. Replace this with your real Aim Master code + fix later.
AM-0002: Example error code
Dummy text: install required runtimes, check Windows updates, and send logs via a support ticket if it persists.
AM-0003: Example error code
Dummy text: conflicts with security software or other drivers. Close everything you don’t need, reboot, then try again.
Aim Master Account
I lost access to my account / email
Open a ticket on aimmaster.cc. Include your order details (order ID / payment reference) and the email you originally used.
My account shows a security issue
If you see a security warning, stop logging in from multiple devices/VPNs at once and change your password. If it doesn’t clear, contact support with a screenshot.
Shadowban
What is a Shadowban in COD?
A shadowban is a temporary “limited matchmaking” state. You may struggle to find normal lobbies, queue times increase, and you can get matched with other flagged players. It does not automatically mean anything is detected.
Tips: avoid extreme settings, keep stats realistic, and play legit if someone is spectating you.
I got shadowbanned while using the HWID solution
If you want to play on a different account after a shadowban, generate a new HWID in the loader (if that’s part of your setup), then reboot and start clean on the new account.
Note: a HWID solution can help prevent “instant flags” on new accounts, but it cannot remove an existing shadowban.

How do I know if a product is available?
Check the Status page on aimmaster.cc. If it shows Updating/Testing, it may be temporarily unavailable until the update is done.
Do I need to manually update anything?
In most cases updates happen automatically through the loader. If a manual step is needed, it will be shown in your dashboard or in the announcement channel.
Security & HWID
What does HWID mean?
HWID is a hardware identifier. Some systems bind access to your machine to prevent account sharing.
Can I use my license on multiple PCs?
If your license is HWID-bound, switching PCs usually requires a reset. Contact Aim Master support on aimmaster.cc to request it.
Payment
My payment went through but I don’t see my purchase
Log out and back in. If it’s still missing, open a ticket and attach your payment reference so we can verify it.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds depend on the case (e.g., unresolved technical issues). Contact support on aimmaster.cc with details.
Telegram
Why do you use Telegram?
It’s used for announcements and quick updates. Always rely on official Aim Master links from aimmaster.cc to avoid scams.
I can’t access the Telegram channel
Make sure you’re using the correct invite link from aimmaster.cc. If it still fails, contact support.

What should I include in a ticket?
Windows version, loader version, exact error text, and screenshots. Also mention what you already tried.
Where do I open a ticket?
Use the Support section on aimmaster.cc.
Download Loader
Where do I download the Aim Master loader?
Download only from aimmaster.cc (your dashboard / downloads). Avoid random links sent via DMs.
The file is blocked by my browser
If your browser/AV flags it, add an exclusion for the download location and try again. If you’re unsure, open a support ticket for guidance.
